Privacy Policy
Accounts and marketplace
Neon Auth handles sign-in identity, including account name, email, verification and any phone sign-in details. NaviLoad stores account workspaces, load listings, Pilot profiles and availability in Neon. Profile and published load details are shared with signed-in users for finding and coordinating work. Day-of logistics are released to the load owner and accepted participants. Private account drafts are not automatically published.
Driver and Pilot documents
Driver CDL front/back photos and reviewed fields are stored privately. Pilot license and certificate originals, previews, reviewed fields and certificate-review evidence are stored privately in Vercel Blob and Neon. Configured AI providers process uploaded images or PDFs to suggest fields. Staff with reviewer access can inspect certificate evidence and record issuer checks. License images and certificate identifiers are excluded from public listing profiles. The standalone license-reading tool processes an image without saving that source image on the server; older Pilot attachments may remain on the device.
Permits, location and device storage
Uploaded permit PDFs and parse results may be stored privately in Vercel Blob and Neon and processed by configured AI providers. Area searches use the location you enter or allow. Radar distance is straight-line proximity. Installed PWAs and native apps can retain drafts, older attachments and saved trip material on your device. Clearing device storage does not delete server records.
Analytics and communications
NaviLoad uses PostHog for product usage, errors and session behavior. Authentication URLs are redacted and document-upload surfaces are masked from session capture. Authentication emails use Resend and authentication/job SMS may use Twilio. When you create an account and allow document-expiration emails, Resend receives your verified email address and the reminder content. Reminder emails contain a document label and saved expiration date, not document images or certificate numbers. Document reminders do not change authentication or job communications.
Agreement records and your choices
NaviLoad records the agreement text/version, account identity, acceptance time and entry surface, and keeps a history of document-reminder preference changes. The single signup confirmation accepts the Terms of Service and acknowledges this Privacy Policy. The Terms explain document-reminder permission and your responsibility for state requirements. You can turn document-reminder emails off using the unsubscribe link in a reminder email. Turning off reminders does not cancel a message already submitted for delivery.
Retention and deletion
Pilot originals and previous replacements remain private evidence while their record exists. Deleting a Pilot document record revokes access and starts removal of its current and retired files; storage failures can require a retry. There is currently no scheduled age-based purge of these records. Driver photo replacement overwrites its stored copy. Server account, permit and agreement deletion requests require support handling; clearing site storage removes only device data. Contact the person who supplied your NaviLoad invitation for access, correction or deletion requests while a public support contact and the final retention policy are being established.
