What do I need to get started?
Create an account and confirm your email. Choose Driver / Carrier and add your company’s MC/DOT and contact details. You can then post loads and find Pilot cars for your move.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. NaviLoad works in your phone’s browser, so you can manage loads and escort requests from the same device you take on the road. Use the planning tools while safely parked.
How do I arrange a pilot car?
Publish an escort request for signed-in Pilots to see, then review their job requests. You accept a Pilot and they confirm the terms. You can also find Pilot profiles on Radar and contact them directly. Confirm availability, rate, and meeting details; posting alone does not book an escort.
What follows me to another device?
Account-backed profiles, escort requests, shared jobs, bookmarks and contact favorites are available after a successful save or sync. Clearing browser storage removes device-only work. Marketplace and map features require a connection. Guest work stays in its browser and is imported into an empty account only if you choose to import it.
Can I join as a dispatcher without a CDL?
Yes. Driver / Carrier setup only needs your company’s MC/DOT and contact details.
Can I use one account for both roles?
Each ordinary account keeps one role: Driver / Carrier or Pilot car / Escort. Sign up first, confirm your email, then choose your profile during setup. The choice cannot be changed; use a separate account for the other role. You can explore the examples here before signing up.
