Confirm your email and choose Pilot car / Escort. You can start browsing shared loads before finishing your profile.

Add both license sides, certificates, services and equipment. Radar discovery also requires on-duty status and recent location sharing while the app is active.

Review a load and send a job request. When the Driver accepts, check the terms and confirm. Call or text to settle the details.

Do I need a full profile to browse loads?
No. Create an account, confirm your email, and choose Pilot car / Escort to browse shared Driver loads. You can finish your Pilot profile later. Both sides of your license are required before publishing availability or sending job requests.
How do Pilots appear on Radar?
After completing the required profile setup, a Pilot goes on duty and allows location sharing while NaviLoad is open and active. Radar shows on-duty Pilots with a recent shared location. Sharing pauses when the app is in the background or location access is unavailable; a last location can remain visible briefly until it expires. Location permission is optional: manual load search and saved contacts remain available. Map proximity is straight-line distance, not driving time.
Does saving a load book the job?
No. Bookmarks and saved job plans are private. For a shared load, send a job request; the Driver accepts, then you review and confirm the terms. Call or text the carrier to settle any rate, timing, or meeting-point questions before confirming.
Are my license and certificates public?
Your uploaded license and certificate originals are private. Certificate status is tracked separately, and authorized staff review issuer evidence before marking a certificate Verified. The states you choose to serve do not automatically establish where a certificate is accepted.
Can I use NaviLoad on my phone?
Yes. Open NaviLoad in your phone’s browser to search loads, manage your profile, and review saved job plans. Account-backed work is available on another device after a successful sync.
Can I use one account for both roles?
Each ordinary account keeps one role: Driver / Carrier or Pilot car / Escort. Sign up first, confirm your email, then choose your profile during setup. The choice cannot be changed; use a separate account for the other role. You can explore the examples here before signing up.
What does NaviLoad cost?

Is there work or escort support in my area?
Shared listings and Pilot availability vary by area and time. Sign in to check the marketplace for your location, or contact NaviLoad about your work area before joining.
